SPARKS — On Oct. 23 and 24 during all weekend services, Summit Christian Church will be hosting a discussion featuring representatives of the world’s five major religions — Hinduism, Judaism, Islam, Mormonism and Christianity — in an effort to address the question, “Are all religions the same?”  This panel is a creative opportunity to present the most popular beliefs and perspectives today in a respectful and kind environment with people of other faith traditions.

Summit Christian Church held its first worship service in March 1999. Steve and Pam Bond, along with their children, moved to Sparks with a vision of beginning a church passionate about worship and filled with love and grace.  Today, more than 2,100 people attend the church each weekend. Summit Christian Church is located at 7075 Pyramid Way.
