SACRAMENTO — Integra Telecom, Inc. an integrated communications provider for business, has promoted Jason Koenders to the position of senior vice president for Integra Telecom of California and Nevada. In this role, Koenders will oversee the company’s operations, services and new business development throughout California and Nevada.

“Jason is a natural leader and I am pleased that he has agreed to take on leadership of Integra’s California and Nevada service areas,” Wachter said. “I look forward to working with him as we further enhance our California and Nevada networks, broadening access to Integra’s locally supported business telecommunications products and services.”

Koenders first joined Integra Telecom in 1998 as a manager of switch engineering and he has also served as vice president of engineering. In 2008, Koenders joined Excella Communications as the company’s chief operating officer before returning to Integra last year.

Integra Telecom provides integrated communications services across 33 metropolitan areas in 11 Western states, including Arizona, California and Nevada.
