Saint Mary’s Health Plans HMO/POS also has earned accreditation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Accredited health plans must pass rigorous tests on a set of more than 60 standards and must report on their performance in more than 40 areas in order to earn NCQA’s seal of approval.
“Offering a quality line of products to Nevada businesses is something we take great pride in,” said Glen Padula, Saint Mary’s director of sales and marketing. “Our comprehensive plans allow employers to create a health care portfolio that meets the needs of their employees’ environment and background.”
