RENO — KPS3 Marketing has announced it will move its offices to downtown Reno and has signed a five-year lease with Basin Street Properties to move into its 50 W. Liberty St. building. KPS3 will occupy 2,142 square feet of office space in the 249,349-square-foot facility owned by Basin Street Properties.

“The office is an elite Reno business address and we feel it is a perfect location for the next phase of KPS3’s growth and development,” said Stephanie Kruse, president of KPS3. “Downtown Reno continues its resurgence with more businesses relocating into the area, and an invigorated commitment by EDAWN and city of Reno to bring even more core business into the downtown corridor.”

KPS3 is a full-service marketing communications firm based in Reno. Founded in 1991, the agency supplies clients with integrated approaches to marketing and communications in order to target and persuade their markets more effectively.
