Reed, a perennial northern Nevada prep power, cruised to a 65-39 triumph Wednesday
afternoon over its High Desert League rival Reno.
Both teams are playing in a 10-team summer league, hosted by McQueen High. The league features teams from Reno-Sparks and the surrounding region.
Reed improved to 4-0 in the league, which wrapped up its second week of games in a five-week schedule.
