Sparks didn't put up much of a fight for Incline Friday night as the Highlanders swept the volleyball match 25-22, 25-12, 25-20.

"I think having the whole week off actually hurt us this week," Sparks volleyball coach Tarina Elliott said. "The girls just weren't into it. We also didn't have a JV game tonight. It was just varsity. With Homecoming and everything else going on, I don't know if the girls just weren't in it or what happened."

Krystal Parker led the way with seven blocks, five assists and three kills in the losing cause.

Sparks fell to 1-10 overall and 0-2 in league. The Railroaders will take on North Tahoe and Whittell next week.
