LAS VEGAS (AP) — Medical examiners in Las Vegas have confirmed that a 27-year-old man shot and killed in an armed confrontation with a deputy U.S. marshal after a car chase in North Las Vegas last week was a Tucson, Ariz., fugitive.

The Clark County coroner's office reported Tuesday that Thomas Lars Domagala (doh-mah-GAHL'-ah) died of a gunshot to the head.

Authorities haven't identified the deputy marshal involved in the Sept. 19 shooting.

He was part of a regional fugitive apprehension task force that chased a 2008 Toyota Camry with Domagala and two women inside for several blocks.

Police say Domagala was ran from the car with a gun in his hand when he was confronted and shot by the deputy marshal near the busy Martin Luther King Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue crossroads.

the father of a 7 year old boy. Thomas was a great

father, his boy misses him dearly, its so sad.

Thomas was never violent , ever, any one who says

he was is a liar, thats a fact. Thomas never pulled out a gun, the deputy us marshal is a liar !

he shot my son in the BACK of his head, my boy never

turned around at all. he was scared , he ran, he was executed on the spot. Deputy, you will go to Hell.
