Vocalists perform to benefit hospitalized children

RENO -- Students of the Tiffanie Story Vocal Studio will be saluting and celebrating the “Courageous Kids” who are receiving medical treatment at Renown Children’s Hospital at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 at Mack Auditorium inside Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.

The show will feature 30 students from the Vocal Studio performing Broadway Show tunes. The students range in age from 5 to 60 years old and will be dressed as their Broadway characters. Cost of admission is $6. All proceeds will be donated to patients at Renown Children’s Hospital through Beads of Courage, a unique program for children coping with illness.

Children and adults performing in colorful costumes to entertain hospital employees and community members. Performers will be available for media interviews before and after events.
