In order to brush up on his anti-establishment tactics, it is believed that the Vice President is in his basement watching continuous re-runs of the movie, “Animal House.” Many observers speculate that Mr. Biden is unshaven, possibly surrounded by empty beer cans and whiskey bottles.
Truthfully, at this point in the game, no one really knows what is going on with the VP. However, it is generally acknowledged that he is recovering from a rather disturbing incident which involved a crass unveiling of ignorance.
With feverish sweat pouring from his head in front of a crowd of Virginians, Biden seemed to adopt some sort of strange accent. As his speech reached its wild crescendo he yelled, “They’re gonna put ya all back in chains!”
Due to the fact that he is a Democrat, Mr. Biden received not a word of criticism from his supporters in the television news media. After all, it is a well-known fact that Democrats do not have the ability to be racists for the simple fact that they are Democrats and therefore above any such simple minded and idiotic thought process.
Nevertheless, his tone of blatant pandering suggested that the crowd, composed mainly of African Americans, would be put back in slave chains if Mitt Romney were to win the upcoming election.
He seemed unaware that slavery has been illegal in the United States of America since 1863 when President Abraham Lincoln, a Republican, issued the Emancipation Proclamation.
Mr. Lincoln gave his speech right in the middle of the Civil War without clear cut knowledge of how events would transpire. He knew that such a bold speech could cause chaos in the North as well as deeper resolve in the South. However, Mr. Lincoln gave the speech anyway because he was a man that stood for his beliefs.
Somehow, the bold leadership example of one of America’s greatest Republican Presidents has become forgotten over time to the point where charlatans like Mr. Biden engage in race baiting as if it’s as natural as breathing.
The last thing the DNC wants is a fact-based argument concerning its ugly history of racial politics. For example, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia was not only America’s longest-serving member of Congress; he was also once a member of the Ku Klux Klan, a hate-group originally founded by southern Democrats.
In 1964 Senator Byrd filibustered against the Civil Rights Act with a fourteen hour non-stop tirade. If it was up to him and many other Democrats such as Governor Wallace of Alabama, then the ground breaking legislation would have been buried as an obscure historical footnote.
Prior to the 1964 Civil Rights Act, President Eisenhower strongly endorsed the Civil Rights Act of 1957.
The Republican backed it up and sent troops to Little Rock, Arkansas to protect black children entering into a previously all-white school. At the time, Democrat John F. Kennedy was serving as a Senator from Massachusetts. JFK voted against the act. Perhaps this is why the side view of his head has been stamped onto the fifty-cent piece. Everything was a coin toss for him.
Although the DNC likes to proclaim him to be a Democrat, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was nobody’s fool. He saw much trouble with each of America’s main political parties. In 1958 he told an interviewer, “I don’t think the Republican Party is full of the almighty God nor is the Democratic Party. They both have weaknesses and I am not inextricably bound to either party.”
During the tumultuous year of 1963, Mitt Romney’s father was the Republican Governor of Michigan. Not only did he march with black leaders in an anti-segregation protest, he also refused to back Barry Goldwater as the Republican Presidential nominee over his racially divisive campaign strategy. Years later, George Romney’s 1968 Presidential bid had a strong pro-civil rights focus.
The good news for Democrats is that media operatives have never really paid much attention to these troubling details. Not only that, the desperate Vice President has found a desperate housewife as a date for his trip to Tampa.
Eva Longoria, former star of ABC’s, “Desperate Housewives,” has agreed to accompany the embattled Vice President to a Democrat sideshow which will mirror the Republican National Convention. We can only hope that the VP doesn’t have too much fun in the green room and that Eva remembers to stand upwind at all times.
