RENO — Police say a local 60-year-old man admitted Sunday to having an illegal sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Perfecto Ybarra has been charged with five counts of sexual assault of a child under 14 years of age and two counts of lewdness with a minor under 14 years of age. He was arrested just after 11:30 p.m. by Reno police officers who received a call about an elderly man inappropriately touching a young girl in the 500 block of Grand Canyon Boulevard.
