RENO — The Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit is asking for help in locating three registered sex offenders wanted by law enforcement. 

The first subject is Joseph Sclafani, 55. He is a white male, 5-feet 5-inches tall weighing 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a Raiders tattoo on his left arm. Sclafani failed to appear for his sentencing on a registration violation.

The second subject is Clinton Smith, 44.  He is a white male, 5-feet 8-inches tall weighing 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Smith is wanted on a sex offender registration violation.

The last subject is Donovan Fajardo, 46. He is a Native American male, 6-feet tall weighing 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Fajardo is wanted on a sex offender registration violation. He frequents the downtown Reno area.
