RENO — The Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit (RSONU) is informing the public about three Tier III (high-risk) sex offenders.

The following men have been assessed as Tier III offenders by the Nevada Sex Offender Registry: Carl Smith, 41; Dwight Edwards, 66; Pablo Esquibel III, 47; and Kenneth Robert Curry, 59. Smith has notified the Reno Police Department that he will be homeless and unemployed; Edwards has notified the department that he will be living in the 300 block of Record Street in Reno, and is currently unemployed; Esquibel will be living in the 40 block of High Street in Reno, and is employed in the 5000 block of Quail Manor Court in Reno; and Curry will be living in the 400 block of Mill Street, and is not currently employed. All four are in compliance with all sex offender laws and are not wanted by law enforcement. Smith, Edwards and Curry are not currently being supervised by the Nevada Department of Public Safety’s Division of Parole and Probation; Esquibel is currently being supervised by the Division of Parole and Probation.
