RENO — Nevada business owners Tracy and Allan Ward will be honored for outstanding business performance this week at the Home Instead Senior Care network’s annual international meeting held in Omaha, Neb.
The Home Instead Senior Care network is the world’s leading provider of non-medical in-home care and companionship to older adults with offices worldwide including the Reno area.
“I am pleased to be honored for serving this area’s older adults who represent such an important legacy to our community,” Tracy Ward said. “We share this honor with our dedicated staff and caregivers and thank them for their tireless service.”
The Wards are being recognized with a Presidential II and Presidential III award at the event this weekend. The awards are presented for superior sales and service satisfaction.
The network’s 65,000-plus caregivers, including those in Reno, provide more than 45 million hours of client service each year through activities that include companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands and shopping.
