RENO — The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) will welcome global corporate relocation strategist Dennis Donovan to share his impressions on the business strengths and weaknesses of the greater Reno-Sparks-Tahoe region, as well as corporate site selection trends, at a breakfast event from 7 to 9 a.m. on May 15  at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in the Tuscany Ballroom.

Donovan is a partner at Wadley Donovan Gutshaw Consulting (WDGC), one of the nation’s largest site selection consulting firms assisting more than 30 percent of Fortune 500 companies in the United States with their domestic and global relocation and expansion needs. EDAWN’s strategic plan for increased external marketing and company attraction includes a focus on connecting with the top site consultant firms in the U.S., ensuring that the greater Reno-Sparks-Tahoe region is accurately portrayed and is more likely to make the “short list” of the companies that are considering relocation or expansion in the United States.

Registration for the EDAWN breakfast begins at 6:30 a.m. Cost for EDAWN investors is $25 and cost for non-investors is $30. For more information, visit
