Two men rob 7-Eleven on Second St.

RENO — A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of two men who threatened to beat a convenience store clerk if he did not give them money.

According to police, two black men entered the 7-Eleven store at 690 E. Second St. at 10:45 p.m. Monday and threatened the clerk, demanding money from the cash register and his wallet. The suspects were given an undisclosed amount of cash and they then fled the store westbound on Second Street. The clerk was not injured.

Both men are believed to be between 25 and 30 years old; one is about 6-feet 2-inches tall with a medium build, long hair in corn rolls with a gold tooth and last seen wearing all black clothing; the second man is between 5-feet-9 and 5-feet-11 with a heavy build and last seen wearing a puffy black jacket.
