The project included the construction of three new buildings along with multiple renovations. Clark and Sullivan partnered with two Grass Valley construction firms, Tru-Line Builders and Sierra Foothills Construction Company. Together the teams worked to ensure the projects were executed by the local subcontractor.
“These projects were a true partnership with the community of Grass Valley,” said Bill Hagman, vice president of Clark & Sullivan. “The projects were a success for all parties.”
Work on the college included 20,341 square feet of new construction, which housed the wellness center, gymnasium and multi-purpose building. The project also included renovations on nine other buildings, including classrooms, cafeteria and reception areas. When complete the project provided a facelift to the entire campus inside and out.
