SPARKS — In honor of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, Sparks City Hall (431 Prater Way) will be closed on Monday. This includes the Community Services Department and City Attorney’s Office.

Additionally, Sparks Parks & Recreation (98 Richards Way) will be closed, including the Alf Sorensen Community Center and the Larry D. Johnson Community Center.

The Sparks Municipal Court will also be closed.

Reno City Hall and city administrative offices will also be closed Monday.

For holiday hours for recreation facilities, visit www.reno.gov.

Operation of the Rink on the River is weather and ice-condition dependent.

Even with city offices closed, residents can still visit www.reno.gov and access the “Self-Service Menu” to pay parking tickets, sewer bills, court fees, register for classes, file a police report or enter a service request for Reno Direct.
