Jose Gomez-Delgado
After receiving information that Gomez-Delgado, 49, might be living in northern Nevada, the task force investigation discovered that he was trying to receive worker’s compensation benefits. He was arrested Wednesday without incident at 1325 Corporate Blvd. in Reno. Gomez-Delgado has been booked into the Washoe County jail and is awaiting extradition to California. Bail is listed at $1.4 million.
The task force received this case less than a month ago. He has eluded capture since the arrest. A warrant was issued in December 2009.
