RENO — The Montage, ST Residential’s downtown luxury residential tower, will install new signage along its retail storefront this week that highlights several items that make Reno special. The vibrant banner features references to the University of Nevada, Reno, Hot August Nights, the Pioneer Center, Lake Tahoe and the outdoors, as well as other things in Reno.

Celebrating Reno’s passion for art, ST Residential commissioned a designer to create signage that honors and celebrates the city. The banner wrap will add character and vibrancy to an area that is quickly growing with new establishments. Downtown Reno has seen a variety of new businesses revive this integral part of the city, such as CommRow.

The Montage’s new installation will reflect the active culture of the downtown area that features restaurants, night life and the riverwalk area.

The Montage is quickly becoming a home to more and more northern Nevadans and out-of-state buyers. The sales team has recorded more than 60 sales in 2011.

“Looking at the number of owners who have purchased second units or have referred their friends, we decided we wanted to show our thanks to the people and the city of Reno,” said John Tippins, regional managing director for ST Residential. “The Montage offers a community unlike anything else in Reno and allows our residents to enjoy all downtown Reno has to offer. Our new signage tips our hat to everybody and everything that makes this city and this area so great.”
