KPS3 names new senior web beveloper

RENO — KPS3 Marketing has hired Cameron Dunford as senior web developer for the full-service marketing communications agency. Dunford joins KPS3 with more than eight years of programming and data management experience and is responsible for application, website and content management system (CMS) development. Dunford also brings experience in site migration to and from both open-source content management systems and proprietary ones. Dunford graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

In October 2007, Dunford started working for Truck Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) as its web/applications developer. While with TMWA, Dunford was involved in several geographic information systems (GIS) projects, asset management, database development and records management. He also advised in the development of a water rights tracking database for Nevada and provided input for other project-tracking initiatives.

Prior to joining the TMWA team, Dunford was a founding partner at US Geomatics, a land survey and GIS company. He served as a principal and head of applications development. After graduating from UNR, Dunford worked as a GIS specialist for Stantec Consulting Services.
