‘Try Eryn Tri’ Triathlon at Sparks Marina on Sept. 11
SPARKS — The first ever “Try Eryn Tri” Sprint Triathlon will take place at the Sparks Marina Park on Sept. 11 to benefit children with rare genetic disorders. The race begins at 9 a.m. The entry fee includes a technical T-shirt, barbecue catered lunch, and direct support to the Coffin-Lowry Syndrome Foundation. “Try Eryn Tri” triathlon is one of only a handful of triathlons in the Reno, Sparks, Tahoe area. Whether you are a first-time triathlete, or a seasoned veteran, get your bike tuned-up and your swim goggles ready to enjoy a great day with other triathletes. Participants also have a chance to race against Olympic Swimming Medalist Lacey Nymeyer who will be taking part in her first triathlon.
