Tickets will be free but limited to two per individual. A total of 180 tickets are available. The first 100 tickets issued will be for studio seating at KNPB-TV Channel 5, the site of the debate. The remaining 80 tickets will be for seating in the KNPB community room with a live television feed from the studio on a large projection screen. All ticketed individuals will have the opportunity to meet the candidates in person and submit questions for possible use during the debate.
Tickets will be available online at www.rgj.com/cd2tickets and in the lobby of the Reno Gazette-Journal building during business hours while supplies last.
The debate will start at 6 p.m. on Aug. 25 at the KNPB-TV Channel 5 studio, 1670 N. Virginia St., in Reno. The candidates are Democrat Kate Marshall, Republican Mark Amodei, Independent American Party candidate Tim Fasano and independent candidate Helmth Lehman.
