Fatal rollover on Interstate 80

LOVELOCK — A man from Southern California has been identified as the person killed in an accident 23 miles east of Lovelock early Friday morning.

David Banuelos, 41, of Riverside, Calif., was driving a commercial vehicle east on Interstate 80 at about 4:50 a.m. when for unknown reasons he struck the guardrail at the Rye Patch interchange and overturned. Banuelos was pronounced dead at the scene.

The commercial vehicle was a flatbed that was loaded with rolls of chain-link fencing.
