Armed robbery at 7-Eleven

RENO — Robbers got away with some cash, a purse and beer Sunday night from a convenience store.

At 11:18 p.m. Sunday, a suspect entered the 7-Eleven at 1680 Silverada Blvd. with another suspect outside as a lookout. While inside, the suspect displayed a semi-auto handgun and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect then fled the scene on foot with a unknown amount of cash from the cashier, an 18-pack of beer and an elderly female customer’s purse. Both suspects fled to waiting car.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic or Pacific Islander male, 16 to 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build and wearing black baggy pants, dark hoodie, white bandanna and black shoes. 

The second suspect is described as a skinny male wearing a dark hoodie, baggy pants and flat bill hat.

There is no information on the third suspect, who was driving the vehicle. 

The vehicle is described at a 1990s black four-door BMW with tinted windows.
