RENO — At about 1 p.m. Monday, 60-year-old Reno resident Lynna Lee Anderson walked into the Bank of America located at 700 N. Virginia St. where she handed the teller a note stating she was armed and demanded money. The teller gave Anderson an undisclosed amount of cash and Anderson left the bank. She was found shortly after by responding Reno police officers at a bus stop near Seventh and Virginia streets where she surrendered without incident and the cash was recovered.

The FBI also responded and Anderson was subsequently arrested for the robbery. Bail has not been set at this time.
