If you are Buddy’s owner, a picture ID such as a driver’s license, is required to redeem him.
In some cases, additional proof of ownership may be required, such as the pet’s picture or registration records. Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs, cats and ferrets in the state of Nevada.
Washoe County Regional Animal Services is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except holidays).
If Buddy is not redeemed by his owner, when he has completed his stray holding time, he may be available for adoption through the Nevada Humane Society. For more information on adoption, please contact the Nevada Humane Society at 856-2000.
Buddy has been at the shelter since Feb. 8.
