Calif. armed robbery suspect arrested in Reno

RENO — The United States Marshals Service (USMS) led Fugitive Task Force arrested Anthony Gililland Thursday at the Baymont Inn and Suites located in Reno.

Gililland is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant from Yuba County, Calif. He is the last suspect of four wanted in connection of a January home invasion armed robbery.

The USMS led Nevada Fugitive Investigative Strike Team has arrested five individuals in connection with this case since asked to assist with the investigation by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation to locate Gililland led task force personnel to a motel in Reno. The task force, with the assistance of the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, apprehended Gililland without incident and he was booked into the Washoe County jail.
