High risk sex offender notification

SPARKS — The Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit is advising the general public of information related to three high risk (Tier 3) sex offenders. 

The first subject of notification is Aubrey Ulysses Lewis, who was born in 1969. Lewis recently registered with the Sparks Police Department as residing in the 2500 block of “E” Street and currently is unemployed.

The second subject of notification is James Darin Brent, who was born in 1964. Brent recently registered with the Sparks Police Department as residing in the 1200 block of “E” Street. Brent is employed in the 14200 block of Lear Boulevard in Reno.

The third subject of notification is Travis Coulter, who was born in 1963. Coulter recently registered with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office as residing in the 7500 block of Pah Rah Drive. Coulter is self-

employed at the same location.

All three offenders have been assessed as high risk by the State of Nevada Sex Offender Registry. They are in compliance with all state sex offender registration requirements and are not wanted by law enforcement. These offenders are not under supervision with Nevada Department of Public Safety Parole and Probation.
