Home 4 the Holidays Pet Adoption Drive held through Jan. 2

Help the Nevada Humane Society find homes for 1,200 orphaned animals this holiday season. Adopt an adult cat for free, an adult dog (4 months and older, excluding specially priced dogs) for $45, kittens for $50 or animals in the Seniors-for-Seniors program (seniors age 55 years and older, pets age 6 years and older) for free.

The Nevada Humane Society is open for adoptions Sunday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The shelter is located at 2825 Longley Lane in Reno. For more information, call 856-2000 or visit www.nevadahumanesociety.org.
