RENO — Police are looking for two men who robbed a sandwich shop at gunpoint on Sunday.

At 6:17 p.m, an employee at the Port of Subs located at 3350 S. McCarran Blvd. opened the back door of the business when he was approached by two suspects, one of whom was armed with a shotgun. The suspects took the employee into the office and demanded that he open the safe. The employee gave the suspects an undisclosed amount of money from the safe at which time they both fled on foot.  In addition to the employee, there were several customers inside of the business at the time of the incident. No one was injured in the incident.

The two suspects are men of unknown races, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall with average builds, wearing dark clothing, hats and masks covering their faces.

Anyone with information about this case is urged to contact the Reno Police Department at 334-2115, or Secret Witness at 322-4900. Secret Witness is offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects.
