The papers are responsibile for any errors in the ad for the first insertion only. It is the responsibilty of the advertiser to check their ads after first publication date to ensure that the ad is correct. In addition the papers liablilty is limited to the cost of the space in the ad that ran wrong and credit will be determined based on the severity of the error.
