Truckee ends season for Sparks boys soccer
The Truckee Wolverines continue to have the number of the Sparks Railroaders. Truckee handed Sparks its third loss in as many meetings this season during a 3A North Boys Soccer Tournament semifinal at Lowry High School in Winnemucca Friday afternoon.
Reed keeps title hopes alive
The Reed Raiders squeaked through another round of the North State playoffs with another 1-0 victory in girls prep soccer action Thursday night at Damonte Ranch High School. The mid-week semifinal win earned Reed a berth in Saturday's championship game.
