For one half of the High Desert League boys prep basketball showdown Saturday afternoon between cross-town rivals Reed and Spanish Springs, it looked as though the Cougars would avenge their 10-point defeat from earlier in the season to the Raiders. Unfortunately, for the Cougs, the second half of the contest was a completely different story as Reed exploded for the 75-63 comeback win.
