In Beaver, Utah, The Spanish Springs Cal Ripken 11-year-olds split a pair of games Thursday, wrapping up pool play at the Pacific Southwest Regional Tournament. Spanish Springs, the Nevada state champion, fell to Oakland 12-2 but bounced back to dump Taylorsville, Utah, 14-3.
