SPARKS — Firefighters responded to a report of a car that caught fire on Interstate 80 near John Ascuaga’s Nugget on Tuesday afternoon. The driver of the sedan noticed the fire, pulled over and called the fire department, according to Sparks Fire Captain Tom Garrison.
