Seat belt use up in Nevada
LAS VEGAS (AP) — Federal traffic officials say seat belt use is up in Nevada while alcohol-related traffic deaths are down. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Tuesday that 94.1 percent of drivers used their seat belts.
