RENO — The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a man who has been missing since April 24 and was last seen in Sparks. Edward Oliver, 54, a resident of Sparks, was last seen at about 8:15 a.m. at the Vitality Veteran’s Housing Program, located at 3660 El Rancho Drive.
