CARSON CITY — Secretary of State Ross Miller’s office, in consideration of several potential vacancies for District Judge office during the course of the 2012 election cycle, has issued Secretary of State Interpretation No. 122901 addressing the issue of nominating candidates to vacated seats and to clarify questions about the process.
