Alexis Hill
Hill began her employment with the city of Reno after serving as the executive director of Kids and Horses Therapeutic Riding Center. Hill previously worked for the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival and as a planner for the city of Sparks.
As the special events program manager, Hill will be responsible for managing the activities and operations of all city of Reno special events to help grow Reno’s current tourism base, attract new visitors and encourage community events that add to the local quality of life.
Hill earned her bachelor of arts in political science from Texas A&M and a master’s of public administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
