Fluffy’s owner must bring a picture ID (such as a driver’s license) to redeem him. In some cases, additional proof of ownership might be required, such as the pet’s picture or registration records. Hours to reclaim a pet from the Washoe County Regional Animal Services shelter are 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Normal shelter hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The shelter is located at 2825 Longley Lane in Reno.
