On Friday the rodeo will feature barrel racing as well as bull and bronc riding. There will also be carnival games, a watermelon eating contest, Western-style barbecue and a silent auction featuring a variety of luxury gifts ranging from jewelry and travel packages to sports memorabilia.
On Saturday, the merriment continues when world-renowned restaurateur Emeril Lagasse saddles up in the kitchen to prepare an extraordinary dinner at Shakespeare Ranch. Guests will enjoy the best of his signature cuisine with a selection of fine wine and spirits. The evening will also feature a performance by Sammy Hagar, rock musician and former lead singer of Van Halen.
Tickets to the rodeo cost $275 for adults and $75 for children younger than 13. Table sponsorships are still available for the Emeril Lagasse dinner, but space is limited.
