RENO — In late March, Donald Lee Scarrow Jr. and Roger Lynn Sievers entered a plea agreement for one count each of unlawful possession of big game animal (mule deer), a gross misdemeanor under Nevada law.

Through a photograph that circulated on the Internet in November 2009, Idaho and Nevada wildlife officials were able to determine that Scarrow and Sievers both had illegally hunted and harvested bucks. Officials were able to determine the photograph was taken in Nevada rather than in Idaho where the two obtained hunting tags.
