The Orchestra and Community Choral Artists of the Tahoe Area presents a concert series featuring the “Red Stradivarius” violinist, Elizabeth Pitcairn, performing the Bruch Violin Concerto # 1 in G minor and Dvorak’s Romanza for violin. The chorus will perform Bach’s Magnificat. Maestro James Rawie will conduct the Tahoe Symphony Orchestra. Performances are Friday, February 5 at 7:30 pm at the Cal Neva Resort in Crystal Bay: Saturday, February 6 at 7:30 pm at The Resort at Squaw Creek; Sunday, February 7 at 3 pm at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in South Lake Tahoe; and Tuesday, February 9 at 7:30 pm at Trinity Episcopal in Reno.
