Guest conductor Victor Yampolsky, Professor in Music Performance at Northwestern University, Music Director of the Peninsula Music Festival, and former violinist and assistant conductor of the Moscow Philharmonic, leads the Orchestra in Stravinsky’s pastiche of eighteenth century melodies, as well as two dramatic works by Mozart. The concert also features the winner of the RCO’s annual College Concerto Competition.
