Buffalo Wild Wings Donates $3,000 to Boys & Girls Club

Screamin’ Hot Concepts, a Franchise of Buffalo Wild Wings, opened its Sparks location in Outlets at Legends on Sept. 30. During the Pre-Grand Opening events, all beverage, alcohol, and dessert sales were contributed to the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows raising a total of $3,000. A formal check presentation will take place on Oct. 30 at 3 p.m. at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

Brittany Ward, vice president of marketing and entertainment for Screamin’ Hot Concepts said of the Pre-Grand Opening fundraiser, “Philanthropic efforts are a huge part of our organization. We are fortunate that we have the ability to open our doors and make an immediate impact in the local community through this donation to such a worthy local charity.”

Mike Wurm, CPO of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, said of the fundraiser, “It’s great to see new businesses open up in our community and immediately give back and support the Boys & Girls Club. We are excited about our partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings in Sparks.”
